Contract formation
Orders placed by the customer through the A L’Air Libre Parapente site engage the customer as soon as they are validated by clicking on the “Book” button.
As soon as the order is placed online, the customer will receive by email an acknowledgment of receipt confirming the registration of the order by the site http://www.alairlibre-parapente-annecy.com
The A l’air Libre Parapente structure issues the customer a payment certificate linked to the purchase of the activity. As provider of the activity, Pégase, will be able to provide an invoice to the customer on request, with the words “payment paid”.
Any order implies acceptance of these general conditions which the customer acknowledges having consulted.
Conditions for exercising the activity
The Beneficiary is informed that the conduct of the Activity could undergo possible modifications due either to an event beyond the control of the Service Provider (meteorological, organizational or performance conditions) or to decisions coming from the competent authorities concerned ( security).
The Beneficiary will be informed, as far as possible, by the Service Provider of any such changes.
Insurance

This insurance includes basic coverage for Personal Accidents and Detailed Civil Liability.
Complementary insurance
It is up to the customer who considers that the level of guarantees offered by us with regard to the activity practiced and his personal social protection is too low, to take out additional guarantees
The prices indicated are expressed in EUROS and per person, with some exceptions.
They do not include any service not expressly included in the registration form.
All orders, whatever their origin, are payable in EUROS.
Payment
Registration involves immediate full or partial payment of the price.
The customer chooses the method of payment among those offered by this site: check, credit card, bank transfer.
The following are not considered as discharging the debt: the delivery of a payment card number as long as the agreement of the payment center has not been reached, nor of a check or a transfer as long as these are these are not debited.

Payment by check is only possible for checks in EUROS drawn on a French bank.
